What is bnbatlas Care?

bnbatlas Care is a service dedicated for Airbnb hosts that does the following:

How much does it cost?

$29 USD (excluding VAT) per month. There is no setup fee.

Do you offer any type of guarantee?

Yes, we believe we have the best product and support out there. If for any reason you aren’t happy, just let us know. We offer a 7 days money back policy.

What listing sites do you handle?

At the moment we take care only of Airbnb properties.

Is bnbatlas included with bnbatlas Care?

No, those are two separate products and our bnbatlas Care solution does not include bnbatlas City and Property Guide.

Why the service is in beta and invitation only?

We have invited a few selected Airbnb Management firms to try out our solution. With their feedback we will build the upcoming public version of our service.

What is the sign-up process?

Once you register and submit your payment information, an account specialist will be in touch with you within 48 hours to conduct an on-boarding interview. We will ask you about your screening criteria, booking requirements, cleaners, key exchange method, etc, so please have that info ready. We will walk you through each step of the process so we can handle your unit just like you would!

How do you organize the cleaning?

We are in touch 48 hours before the check-out of the actual guests and the arrival of the new ones in order to have a smooth transition. We are directly in touch with your designated cleaner for all the cleaning and key delivery matters.

What countries are supported?

We support listings in any country. Since our front desk staff are virtual and work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we can handle accounts in any country and or timezone.

How does it work?

You register for our service, we onboard your listing in our property information system and you add us as a Airbnb co-host and voilà we take care of your property’s online presence!

What bnbatlas Care is NOT?

– It is not a cleaning service that takes care of your apartment.
– It is not a key delivery service.
